1. How do I know my Ring Size?
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably. Use a string to measure the circumference of the finger.

If the ring appears to fall between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a better fit.

3. Jewellery Care

• Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, including those found in perfumes, hand lotions, skincare products, and cosmetics.

• Remove jewelry before showering to help extend its lifespan.

• Take off jewelry prior to any physical activity or exercise.

• Store pieces in place with less humidity

• Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

4. How long is the Warranty?
1-Month from date of purchase. Any major defects will be entitled to 1-for-1 exchange.

5. What constitutes to a defect?
- Any of the loss of gem stones upon receiving
- Any major indentation

The items below DOES NOT constitute to a defect
- Loss of gem stones caused by everyday wear
- Discoloration caused by use of perfumes, chemical, lotions, etc
- Clasp loosening over prolonged or excessive ussage
